- Salary Range: £35,000 – £45,000 basic per annum (DOE) + uncapped monthly productivity scheme

Core Responsibilities
- Conduct routine manufacturer-scheduled servicing, maintenance, and vehicle safety checks (VHC)
- Perform warranty repairs, recall updates, and mechanical replacements to strict brand guidelines
- Utilize official dealer diagnostic software to trace and resolve engine, electrical, and drivetrain faults
- Log detailed technical reports on digital job cards and interface with service advisors regarding repair timelines
- Maintain clean working areas and enforce health and safety regulations at all times
Candidate Profile
- Background: Time-served dealership or fast-fit technician with strong multi-point inspection experience and steady efficiency
- Qualifications: Level 3 NVQ / IMI in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent qualification)
- MOT Status: Active MOT Tester accreditation is advantageous for higher basic pay, but not essential to apply
- Requirements: Full UK Driving Licence
