What You’ll Be Doing
- Performing high-standard routine servicing, mechanical repairs, and multi-point inspections across VAG and specialist brand vehicles.
- Assisting with the technical setup, workflow, and fault diagnostics for the new VAG service department.
- Utilizing modern diagnostic equipment to trace, map, and resolve complex mechanical and electrical faults.
- Carrying out core mechanical work including brakes, suspension, cambelts, clutches, and component replacements.
- Maintaining clean bay standards and keeping detailed repair records.
Requirements
- NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 / City & Guilds qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair (or equivalent time-served experience).
- Proven experience working on VAG (VW, Audi, SEAT, Škoda) or Jaguar/prestige platforms in a garage or dealership setting.
- Strong diagnostic mindset and confidence with general mechanical and electrical troubleshooting.
- Must hold a full UK driving licence.
