What You’ll Do
- Core Mechanical Work: Vehicle servicing, brakes, suspension, steering setups, exhausts, and light component repairs.
- Diagnostic Upskilling: Shadow senior techs using modern VAG diagnostic software to isolate electrical and mechanical faults.
- Department Workflow: Assist with workshop organization, digital service records, and multi‑brand fleet prep.
What We Need
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of active hands‑on garage experience.
- Qualifications: NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 / City & Guilds / IMI qualification.
- Licence: Full UK Driving Licence.
