- Salary: £35,000 – £40,000+ basic per annum with clear, structured increments
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM (NO WEEKENDS – True work-life balance!)

Role Overview
Seeking an experienced Customer Care Service Advisor / Vehicle Aftersales Advisor to join our close-knit workshop team. You will oversee the complete customer journey, keeping our workshop diary running smoothly and productively while ensuring our clients enjoy transparent, honest communication regarding their vehicle safety and maintenance.
Requirements
- Experience: Background working with Main Dealer or Specialist Independent workshops.
- Mindset: Customer safety focus (we are looking for someone who genuine cares about keeping drivers safe on the road rather than pushing high-pressure sales).
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills to liaise seamlessly between customers, Front of House Manager, and Workshop Manager.
- Skills: Strong organizational skills, keen attention to detail when creating accurate estimates and processing safety inspection reports, and a desire to attend ongoing coaching courses.
- Licence: Full UK driving licence.

- Base: Croydon / Shirley (Free secure on-site parking)
- Road Links: Strategically situated just off the A232 and A212, with direct routes to the A23, A21, and M25, offering straightforward commutes across South London and Surrey.
- Public Transport: Excellent connections via East Croydon and West Croydon mainline stations alongside frequent local bus routes stopping nearby.
