Pay & Benefits
- Salary: £29,000 – £33,000 basic per annum + annual bonus
- Hours: 40 hours per week with flexible shift patterns (choice of working 4, 5, or 6 days per week)

Role Overview
Seeking a Junior Custom & Defender Builder with 6+ months of mechanical or garage experience who wants to get away from routine main dealer servicing and learn custom fabrication, chassis assembly, and 4x4 restoration.
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months of professional garage, agricultural engineering, or mechanical experience.
- Strong mechanical mindset and enthusiasm for classic 4x4s and Land Rovers.
- Hands-on experience with basic mechanical tools, fabrication, or vehicle stripping/rebuilding.
- Full UK driving licence.

- Base: Crowborough area (Free secure on-site parking)
- Road Links: Strategic High Weald location directly off the A26, providing rapid driving routes north to Royal Tunbridge Wells/M25 links and south toward Uckfield and Lewes, plus quick access across to East Grinstead via the A264.
- Public Transport: Mainline rail accessibility via Crowborough station (direct Southern services to London Bridge and Uckfield) with regular regional bus connections across East Sussex.
- Commutable From: Royal Tunbridge Wells, Uckfield, East Grinstead, Heathfield, Mayfield, and Wadhurst.
