Job Title: Service Vehicle Technician / Specialist Car Mechanic – German Automotive

Salary: £36,000 – £45,000 basic salary (Up to £50,000 OTE + Guaranteed increases)

Location: Crawley Area (Near Gatwick, Horley, and East Grinstead)

Hours: Monday – Friday only (40 hours per week). Strictly No Weekends!

What You’ll Be Doing

• Precision Maintenance: Carrying out routine servicing, advanced diagnostics, and major mechanical repairs strictly to prestige manufacturer standards.
• Advanced Diagnostics: Utilizing specialized workshop technology and master-level diagnostic software to trace and resolve complex fault codes.
• Academy Progression: Engaging actively with our Training Academy to fast-track your accreditation levels and unlock higher guaranteed basic pay.
• Quality Craftsmanship: Working alongside a professional team to maintain high standards of workshop safety and efficiency.

Requirements

• Proven background as a Vehicle Technician, Car Mechanic, or Service Technician (independent or main dealer).
• An ambitious attitude and a genuine desire to learn and progress through recognized German technical qualifications.
• Strong technical skills, an eye for precision, and a passion for premium vehicle engineering.
• A full UK driving licence.
