Working with the latest model lineup from a major global brand, this position focuses on high-standard servicing, recall work, and official warranty repairs. The dealership offers direct factory training, cutting-edge tooling, and structured earning incentives.
What's Included in the Package?
- Salary Range: £35,000 – £45,000 basic per annum (DOE) + uncapped monthly efficiency bonus
- Working Schedule: Monday to Friday schedule + Saturdays on a fair rotating rota

Core Responsibilities
- Carry out routine servicing, preventative maintenance, and detailed vehicle health checks (VHC) to brand standards
- Complete official warranty repairs, service bulletins, and mechanical teardowns to manufacturer specifications
- Use official dealer diagnostic equipment to trace and resolve engine, transmission, and software faults
- Record accurate technical updates on digital job cards and liaise with service advisors regarding repair schedules
- Keep work bays clean, well-maintained, and fully compliant with safety standards
Candidate Profile
- Background: Proven track record in a dealership or fast-paced workshop setting focused on efficient repair delivery
- Qualifications: Level 3 NVQ / IMI in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent time-served credential)
- MOT Status: Active MOT Tester accreditation is a strong asset for starting pay, but not essential to apply
- Requirements: Full UK Driving Licence
