- Salary Range: £35,000 – £45,000 basic per annum (DOE) + competitive efficiency bonus scheme
- Working Schedule: Monday through Friday schedule (plus Saturdays on a fair rota basis)

Core Duties
- Carry out manufacturer-scheduled maintenance, warranty repairs, and general mechanical servicing
- Diagnose complex mechanical, electrical, and software issues using official brand diagnostic interfaces
- Perform in-depth repair tasks, including timing chains, clutches, engine overhauls, and gearbox replacements
- Execute multi-point vehicle health checks (VHC) and complete accurate electronic job cards
- Work alongside service advisors and parts staff to ensure smooth workshop flow and high customer satisfaction
Candidate Profile
- Qualifications: NVQ Level 3 / IMI Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent time-served experience)
- Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated confidence in diagnostic fault-finding, engine repair work, and major component overhauls
- Background: Proven experience within a main dealer environment or busy independent garage
- Attributes: Quality-focused professional dedicated to right-first-time standards and bay safety
- Requirements: Full UK Driving Licence
