- Earning Potential: Up to £45,000 per year basic salary + Performance Bonus (OTE £55,000)

Key Responsibilities
- Perform manufacturer-scheduled servicing, multi-point health checks, and mechanical repairs across modern fleets and retail customer vehicles.
- Troubleshoot complex electrical and mechanical faults using official dealer diagnostic software.
- Complete comprehensive vehicle health checks supporting manufacturer aftersales programs.
- Log electronic repair records accurately and liaise directly with the service and parts teams.
- Collaborate with an experienced workshop crew to keep turnaround times fast and repair quality high.
Candidate Profile
- Qualifications: No formal certs strictly required—proven time-served workshop experience and practical tool capability take priority.
- Experience: Strong background in general servicing, fast-paced vehicle prep, and diagnostic fault isolation (main dealer background is a plus, but independent technicians are welcome).
- Skills: High standards of workmanship, strong time management, and adaptability across modern hybrid/EV drive systems.
- Mindset: Quality-driven team player focused on doing right-first-time work.
