The Package
- Salary: Β£35,000 to Β£45,000 per year basic (Depending on experience)
- Hours: Monday to Friday (with Saturdays on a rota basis) β 40 hours per week
- Training: Happy to support with advanced specialist qualifications including MOT licence, Electric & Hybrid, and Air Con
- Holiday: 20 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays (Rising to 25 days with 5 years of service) + Your Birthday Off!

What Youβll Be Doing
In this high-level workshop role, you will lead complex repairs and technical diagnostics across an exceptionally popular, diverse lineup of modern retail stock and customer vehicles, ensuring every job is executed to strict industry standards. Your responsibilities will include:
- Diagnosing complex electrical, mechanical, and systemic vehicle faults efficiently using cutting-edge master-level diagnostic equipment.
- Overseeing and executing intricate vehicle repairs, major component overhauls, and technical maintenance.
- Conducting thorough vehicle inspections, verifying difficult fault lines, and recommending precise, appropriate solutions.
- Acting as a technical mentor to junior team members, helping to uphold stringent quality control standards and maximize first-time fixes.
- Collaborating with a friendly, stable, and close-knit crew of local technicians to optimize daily workshop efficiency.
What We Are Looking For
- Minimum of 3 years of proven workshop experience as a qualified Master Technician or Senior Technician is required.
- Level 3 or higher qualification in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (NVQ/IMI or equivalent) alongside recognized master credentials.
- Expert-level technical skills to confidently, accurately, and safely carry out complex diagnostic analysis and fault-finding.
- A proactive team leader with a strong work ethic, meticulous attention to detail, and excellent time-management skills.
- A full and valid UK driving licence.
