The Package

  • Salary: £35,000 – £45,000 per year + Uncapped Bonus Scheme (OTE £50,000)
  • Holiday: 20 days holiday plus bank holidays

What You’ll Be Doing

In this hands‑on workshop role, you will work across an exceptionally diverse lineup of new, used, and hybrid vehicles, ensuring every job is executed to main‑dealer standards. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting routine servicing, manufacturer‑scheduled maintenance, and high‑quality mechanical and electrical repairs.
  • Diagnosing complex vehicle faults efficiently using cutting‑edge, dealer‑level diagnostic equipment.
  • Performing comprehensive multi‑point safety inspections, health checks, and preparing a diverse range of fresh arrivals.
  • Maintaining precise records of work completed and communicating effectively with the service and parts team regarding timelines.
  • Collaborating with a friendly, professional, and close‑knit crew of technicians to minimize vehicle turnaround times.

What We Are Looking For

  • No formal qualifications required —we value proven workshop experience, confidence on the tools, and strong mechanical know‑how above anything else.
  • Solid experience in vehicle servicing, rapid prep work, and diagnostic analysis (main dealer or multi‑brand experience is a plus but not essential).
  • A proactive team player with excellent time‑management skills and a commitment to high workmanship standards.
  • The adaptability to work efficiently across various vehicle makes, models, and advanced hybrid systems.

Commutable Locations

Our workshop is located in Corby and is within a 15‑mile commute of the following locations: Kettering, Wellingborough, Market Harborough, Rothwell, Desborough, Thrapston, Rushden, Northampton.
