The Package

  • Salary: Up to £45,000 per year basic + Bonus Scheme (OTE extra £10,000)

What You’ll Be Doing

In this hands‑on workshop role, you will work across an exceptionally popular, diverse lineup of fresh retail stock, customer cars, and commercial vans, ensuring every job is executed to strict main‑dealer standards. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting routine servicing, manufacturer‑scheduled maintenance, and high‑quality mechanical and electrical repairs.
  • Diagnosing complex vehicle faults efficiently using cutting‑edge, official dealer‑level diagnostic equipment.
  • Performing comprehensive multi‑point health checks to provide customers with the highest level of assurance (including premium manufacturer aftersales packages like complimentary breakdown cover integration).
  • Maintaining precise electronic records of work completed and communicating effectively with the service and parts team regarding timelines.
  • Collaborating with a friendly, professional, and close‑knit crew of technicians to minimize vehicle turnaround times.

What We Are Looking For
