What You’ll Be Doing
- Fleet Servicing & Repairs: Executing minor and major mechanical overhauls across a diverse lineup of modern LCVs (Sprinters, Transits, etc.) and commercial vehicles.
- Advanced Fault Diagnostics: Running deep-level electrical and mechanical diagnostic testing using up-to-date diagnostic software.
- Compliance & MOT Prep: Conducting structured preventative maintenance inspections (PMIs) and preparing vehicles to achieve 100% MOT pass rates.
- Quality Assurance: Upholding a clean "Right First Time" standard on all work entering your bay.
Requirements
- Proven background in LCV, Van, or Heavy Commercial Vehicle servicing and repair.
- NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds in Vehicle Maintenance (or equivalent proven time-served experience).
- A strong, self-motivated technician eager to maximize take-home pay through optional overtime.
- A valid UK driving licence.
