Your Role
As a core Vehicle Technician in our Cirencester team, you will:
- Mechanical & Prestige Repair: Tackle all aspects of high‑spec luxury vehicle repairs, advanced mechanical servicing, and chassis maintenance.
- Diagnostics: Use cutting‑edge manufacturer diagnostic tools to efficiently track down, investigate, and rectify faults.
- Efficiency: Work comfortably within set processes and given timescales to maintain a smooth workshop flow.
- Technical Quality: Maintain exceptional, safety‑first repair standards to deliver an elite customer experience.
- Teamwork: Operate collaboratively within a fast‑paced, highly motivated, and organised workshop team.
What You Need
- Qualifications: Must be a qualified Vehicle Technician with an industry‑recognized qualification (a minimum of NVQ Level 2 or equivalent is required).
- Background: Open to backgrounds from independent garages, fast‑fit operations, or alternative main dealers looking to step up to a luxury brand.
