The Role & Responsibilities
As a Senior Vehicle Technician, you will be the technical lead on the workshop floor, responsible for:
- Advanced Diagnostics: Leading complex electrical and mechanical fault-finding.
- Major Repairs: Handling engine work, gearboxes, and intricate mechanical repairs.
- MOT Excellence: Managing MOT preparation and high-standard repair work.
- Independent Workflow: Managing your own workload and diagnosing faults from start to finish.
- Technical Support: Providing expertise and guidance to the wider workshop team when required.
- All Makes & Models: Applying your skills across a diverse range of modern vehicles.
What We Are Looking For
- Expertise: Proven experience as a Senior Technician or Master Mechanic.
- Diagnostic Skill: A high level of competence with modern scan tools and oscilloscopes.
- Autonomy: The ability to work independently and manage complex jobs without supervision.
