Location: Bournemouth (Commutable from Poole, Christchurch, Wimborne Minster, Ringwood)
Salary: Up to £45,000 Starting Basic (Dependent on experience)
Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday ONLY – Strictly No Weekends!

What You'll Be Doing:
- Conducting official Class 4 (and Class 7 if qualified) MOT tests to strict DVSA standards
- Balancing testing bay duties with general vehicle servicing, routine maintenance, and mechanical repairs
- Utilizing modern diagnostic tools to accurately trace faults and execute efficient fixes
- Working closely with the Service Manager to maintain smooth workflow and high bay efficiency
What We're Looking For:
- MOT Badge: Active, valid DVSA MOT Testing Licence (Essential)
- Experience: Proven hands-on workshop experience as a Vehicle Technician or Car Mechanic
- Licence: Valid full UK Driving Licence
- Mindset: A safety-conscious, reliable approach with pride in delivering quality work
