Your Day-to-Day
Working in our high-spec Chippenham dealership, you will:
- Carry out routine vehicle servicing, safety inspections, diagnosis, and mechanical repairs to strict brand specifications.
- Use up-to-date diagnostic equipment and a systematic approach to troubleshoot technical, electrical, and mechanical faults.
- Accurately complete digital job cards, service reports, and written descriptions of faults found.
- Work productively alongside workshop colleagues, sharing best practices to maintain a smooth, efficient workshop flow.
What You Bring to the Table
Qualifications & Experience: Minimum Level 2 or Level 3 Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair qualification (NVQ / City & Guilds or equivalent). Proven track record in a professional workshop (Kia experience is beneficial but not essential—all brand backgrounds welcome!). F-Gas certification is preferred (or an interest in obtaining it).
The Mindset: A confident, professional approach with excellent attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and your own hand tools.
Licensing: Full UK driving licence is essential. An active MOT Tester licence is preferred but not required (we can provide training if needed).
