Your Day-to-Day

Working in our high-spec Chippenham dealership, you will:

  • Carry out routine vehicle servicing, safety inspections, diagnosis, and mechanical repairs to strict brand specifications.
  • Use up-to-date diagnostic equipment and a systematic approach to troubleshoot technical, electrical, and mechanical faults.
  • Accurately complete digital job cards, service reports, and written descriptions of faults found.
  • Work productively alongside workshop colleagues, sharing best practices to maintain a smooth, efficient workshop flow.

What You Bring to the Table

  • The Credentials: Minimum Level 2 or Level 3 Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair qualification (NVQ / City & Guilds or equivalent).
  • The Experience: A proven track record in a professional workshop environment (experience with Kia vehicles is beneficial but not essential—all brands welcome!).
  • The Mindset: A confident, professional approach with excellent attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and your own tools.
  • The Basics: A full UK driving licence is essential. Having an active MOT Tester licence is a bonus, but we can provide training if needed.
