We are seeking an experienced Vehicle Technician / Service Technician to join our highly respected independent dealership and service centre in Cheltenham. We offer a £35,000-£40,000 basic salary, permanent Monday-to-Friday hours (08:30-17:00, strictly no weekends), and a supportive, non-corporate environment where your skills are truly valued.

Your Role
As a vital Vehicle Technician / Service Technician in our Cheltenham team, you will:
- Carry out routine servicing, general maintenance, and mechanical repairs across various makes and models.
- Use modern diagnostic tools to accurately troubleshoot and resolve technical faults.
- Maintain high standards of work to ensure reliable "first-time fix" results and high workshop productivity.
- Collaborate with a skilled team to uphold our strong reputation for customer trust and workshop excellence.
What You Need
- Qualifications & Experience: NVQ Level 2 or 3 (or equivalent) with a proven track record as a Vehicle Technician, Mechanic, or Service Technician. F-Gas certification is preferred (or an interest in obtaining it).
- Licensing: A full UK driving licence is essential. An active MOT Tester licence is preferred but not required.
- Equipment: Must possess your own hand tools for daily workshop repair tasks.
- Key Strengths: Strong diagnostic skills, high attention to detail, and a positive, team-focused work ethic.
