Your Role
As a core member of our Cheltenham specialist team, you will:
- Fit and install custom modifications, including aftermarket suspension systems, lowering kits, performance exhausts, and upgraded braking components.
- Perform precision 4-wheel alignment and geometry adjustments using high-spec alignment software.
- Carry out routine vehicle servicing, mechanical maintenance, brake replacements, and tyre fitting across a wide variety of vehicles.
- Troubleshoot mechanical and diagnostic faults to ensure all custom and routine work meets strict safety and quality standards.
- Collaborate closely with fellow automotive enthusiasts in a clean, well-equipped, fast-paced workshop environment.
What You Need
Qualifications & Experience: NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent time-served experience). Proven experience in a professional workshop with a strong interest or background in vehicle modifications, suspension tuning, or custom setups. F-Gas certification is preferred (or an interest in obtaining it).
Licensing: Full UK driving licence is essential. An active MOT Tester licence is preferred but not required.
Equipment & Mindset: Must possess your own hand tools; bring high attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and a genuine passion for modified and performance vehicles.
