- Salary: £35,000 – £40,000 per year basic (Tailored directly to your hands-on experience and technical skill level).

Your Role
As a vital member of our Cheltenham technical team, you will:
- Carry out routine servicing, general maintenance, and complex mechanical repairs across a range of vehicles.
- Use modern diagnostic tools to systematically identify and resolve technical and electrical faults.
- Maintain service procedures to ensure high-quality "first-time fix" results and strong workshop productivity.
- Collaborate closely with a skilled team to uphold our strong reputation for customer trust and workshop excellence.
What You Need
- Qualifications & Experience: NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 (or City & Guilds / time-served equivalent) in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair. Proven track record working in a professional workshop setting. F-Gas certification is preferred (or an interest in obtaining it).
- Licensing: Full UK driving licence is essential. An active MOT Tester licence is preferred but not required.
- Equipment & Mindset: Must possess your own hand tools. Positive, reliable professional with strong diagnostic knowledge, high attention to detail, and a solid work ethic.
