Your Role
As a core Vehicle Technician in our Cardiff team, you will:
- Mechanical & Electrical Repair: Tackle all aspects of high‑spec luxury vehicle repairs, advanced mechanical servicing, and chassis maintenance.
- Diagnostics: Use cutting‑edge manufacturer diagnostic tools to efficiently track down, investigate, and rectify complex faults.
- Efficiency: Work comfortably within set processes and given timescales to maintain a smooth workshop flow.
- Technical Quality: Maintain exceptional, safety‑first repair standards to deliver an elite customer experience.
- Teamwork: Operate collaboratively within a fast‑paced, highly motivated, and organised workshop team.
What You Need
- Qualifications: An industry‑recognised NVQ Level 3 qualification (or equivalent) is a minimum requirement for this role.
- Experience: Previous experience working within a franchised dealership environment is required.
- Key Strengths: Technical expertise, strong organisational skills, a dedicated work ethic, and a positive team‑player attitude.
- Licensing: A full, valid UK driving licence.
