- Basic salary from £32,000 to £42,000 (negotiable based on experience and qualifications).
- Performance-driven productivity bonus combined with paid Saturday overtime, allowing top-performing techs to comfortably clear an OTE of £50,000+.
- Monday to Friday standard working week, 08:00 – 17:30 (45-hour week).
- Saturdays are kept to a minimum on a 1-in-3 rotational basis (mornings only) and are fully paid as extra income to maximize your earnings.

What You'll Be Doing
- Carrying out routine servicing, maintenance, and vehicle health checks to exceptional standards across both cars and vans.
- Working on modern alternative-fuel vehicles, performing routine diagnostics, safety checks, and repairs on advanced Electric & Hybrid systems.
- Utilizing modern main dealer diagnostic equipment to fault-find and resolve complex mechanical and electrical issues on a diverse fleet of passenger and commercial vehicles.
- Completing repairs right the first time while maintaining a clean, safe, and professional workshop environment.
- Collaborating closely with the workshop team and service desk to ensure smooth customer turnaround.
Are You The One? (Requirements)
- Qualifications: Level 3 qualified in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair (or equivalent).
- Experience: Experience working on both cars and vans (LCVs) is highly desirable, though technicians with a strong background in either who are keen to learn both are encouraged to apply.
- Training: Open to technicians looking to gain their MOT licence or level up their EV/Hybrid credentials through our fully funded academy.
