We are a premium VAG specialist garage in Canterbury and are currently recruiting an experienced Vehicle Technician / Diagnostic Technician to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a Motor Mechanic, VAG Technician, Audi Technician, VW Technician or Diagnostic Technician looking for dealer-level work without dealer pressure. Our independent workshop specialises in VAG Group vehicles and is equipped with main-dealer diagnostic systems, modern tooling, and a professional, supportive working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Vehicle servicing, maintenance, and repairs
  • Advanced diagnostics and fault-finding
  • Mechanical and electrical repairs
  • Working on VAG Group vehicles (Audi, VW, SEAT, Å koda)
  • Carrying out work to manufacturer and industry standards
  • Maintaining high levels of quality control and efficiency

Skills & Experience Required:

  • NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent)
  • Strong diagnostic and fault-finding ability
  • Experience as a Vehicle Technician / Motor Mechanic
  • VAG experience preferred (Audi, Volkswagen, Å koda, SEAT)
  • High attention to detail and strong work ethic
  • Reliable, self-motivated, and customer-focused
