What You’ll Be Doing

• Carrying out routine servicing, scheduled maintenance, and vehicle health checks to manufacturer standards across cars and LCVs.
• Performing routine diagnostics, safety checks, and high‑voltage repairs on advanced Electric & Hybrid systems.
• Utilizing dealer‑level diagnostic suites to fault‑find and resolve complex mechanical and electrical issues.
• Completing right‑first‑time repairs while maintaining clean bay standards and accurate job logs.
• Collaborating closely with service advisors and workshop controllers to ensure smooth turnaround.

What We’re Looking For

• NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair (or equivalent).
• Experience working on both cars and vans (LCVs) is desirable, but strong car‑only or van‑only techs keen to expand their skills are welcome!
• Open to technicians looking to gain an MOT tester licence or level up EV/Hybrid credentials through our academy.
• Must hold a full UK driving licence.
