Why This Position Is Different

Tired of feeling like a number in a massive, faceless corporation? Enjoy a supportive, close-knit environment with massive earning potential, clear manufacturer backing, and a team that genuinely looks after one another.

Work across a true mix of high-spec passenger cars and light commercial vehicles (LCVs), offering you a unique environment to rapidly build your technical expertise so things never get repetitive.

  • Carrying out routine servicing, maintenance, and vehicle health checks to exceptional standards across both cars and vans.
  • Working on modern alternative-fuel vehicles, performing routine diagnostics, safety checks, and repairs on advanced Electric & Hybrid systems.
  • Utilizing modern main dealer diagnostic equipment to fault-find and resolve complex mechanical and electrical issues on a diverse fleet of passenger and commercial vehicles.
  • Completing repairs right the first time while maintaining a clean, safe, and professional workshop environment.
  • Collaborating closely with the workshop team and service desk to ensure smooth customer turnaround.

Are You The One? (Requirements)

  • Qualifications: Level 3 qualified in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair (or equivalent).
  • Experience: Experience working on both cars and vans (LCVs) is highly desirable, though technicians with a strong background in either who are keen to learn both are encouraged to apply.
