Pay & Benefits
- Salary: £28,000 – £32,000 basic per annum (DOE) + realistic bonus structure with OTE up to £36,000
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM (1-hour unpaid lunch break) — NO WEEKEND WORK!

Role Overview
Seeking an experienced and friendly Service Advisor / Aftersales Advisor to join our busy dealership team in Canterbury. You will act as the crucial link between our customers and technicians, delivering warm, professional service, confirming vehicle maintenance requirements, managing repair bookings, and using your sales skills to present additional maintenance products that keep our customers safe on the road.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a customer-facing role (Automotive Service Advisor, Aftersales Executive, or high-volume Retail/Sales background).
- Excellent communication, organisational skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
- Self-motivated and comfortable utilising sales skills to offer add-on products, upsell services, and build long-lasting customer relationships.
- Methodical approach with good IT and administrative capability.
- Full UK driving licence is preferred.

- Base: Canterbury (Vauxhall Industrial Estate area with free secure on-site parking).
- Road Links: Strategically situated just off the A28 and easily accessible via the A2, A134, and M2 motorway, providing fast, stress-free commutes across East Kent.
- Public Transport: Excellent connections, located within easy reach of both Canterbury West and Canterbury East mainline train stations alongside regular regional bus routes.
- Commutable From: Thanet, Whitstable, Herne Bay, Faversham, Dover, Ashford, and Deal.
