Sales Executive – Uncapped £50k OTE with a Top Regional Dealer Group

What is in it for you:
Salary: £15,000 basic salary with an uncapped OTE of £50,000+
Hours: Monday – Friday 08:30 – 17:30 (with a 1-hour unpaid lunch break); Saturdays 08:30 – 17:00 (with a weekday off in lieu); Sundays 10:00 – 16:00 (scheduled on a 1-in-3 rotational basis)

What you will be doing:
- Creating strong rapport and building lasting relationships with new and existing customers
- Guiding clients through the entire sales journey to tailor new and used vehicle solutions to their needs
- Actively managing leads, conducting test drives, and negotiating sales to consistently exceed individual targets
- Delivering an exceptional end-to‑‑end customer experience, from initial enquiry through to vehicle handover
- Requirements: Driven and persuasive personality, customer-first mindset, and a full, current UK driving licence
Commutable Locations:
This role is based in Canterbury, making it an easy commute from Ashford, Thanet, Dover, and Faversham.
