Pay & Benefits
- Salary: £31,000 – £33,000 basic per annum + performance-driven bonus scheme
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM (1 in 3 Saturdays, 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM)

Role Overview Seeking an experienced Parts Advisor / Vehicle Parts Specialist to join our busy aftersales team. You will manage front and back counter queries, source components for technicians and trade customers, and maintain accurate stock systems. As a senior team member, you will also step up to mentor, guide, and oversee junior colleagues during peak operational periods.
Requirements
- Proven track record as an Automotive Parts Advisor / Parts Specialist within a main dealer or busy motor factor environment.
- Senior-level experience or leadership confidence to support and oversee team members when required.
- Proficient in Electronic Parts Catalogues (EPC) and dealership management systems (DMS).
- Excellent communication, customer service, and stock organisation skills.
- Full UK driving licence.
