Pay & Benefits
- Salary: £31,000 - £33,000 basic per annum + realistic bonus structure (£36,000 OTE)
- Hours: Monday to Friday, standard workshop hours (plus 1 in 3 Saturdays)

- Workload: Managing counter and telephone parts inquiries, sourcing and cataloguing automotive components, trade parts sales, stock control, order picking, and liaising directly with workshop technicians and retail customers

Role Overview
Seeking a knowledgeable Automotive Parts Advisor / Automotive Specialist to join our Canterbury workshop team. In this role, you will be the vital link between our service department, technicians, and retail/trade customers—ensuring the right parts are catalogued, ordered, and dispatched accurately and efficiently.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Parts Advisor, Parts Specialist, or Automotive Counter Sales Representative within a dealership or motor factor environment.
- Strong familiarity with electronic parts catalogues (EPC), inventory management software, and vehicle identification system lookups.
- Solid communication and customer service skills for both retail counter and telephone enquiries.
- Full UK driving licence & eligibility to work in the UK.
