The Package

  • Salary: Β£35,000 to Β£45,000 per year basic
  • Hours: Monday to Friday 8:00am - 6:00pm (No weekends!)
  • Training: FULL TRAINING PROVIDED UP TO MASTER TECHNICIAN QUALIFICATION LEVEL (Happy to support with qualifications including MOT licence, Electric & Hybrid, and Air Con)

What You'll Be Doing

In this hands-on workshop role, you will work across an exceptionally popular, diverse lineup of retail stock, customer cars, and commercial vans, ensuring every job is executed to the highest industry standards. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting routine servicing, manufacturer-scheduled maintenance, and high-quality mechanical and electrical repairs.
  • Diagnosing complex vehicle faults efficiently using cutting-edge independent and brand-specific diagnostic equipment.
  • Performing precise mechanical tasks including cambelt replacements, advanced brake work, air conditioning recharges, and tracking.
  • Providing comprehensive multi-point health checks to provide customers with total transparency and assurance.
  • Maintaining precise electronic records of work completed via modern workshop job management systems.

What We Are Looking For

  • Minimum of 3 years of proven workshop experience in vehicle maintenance and repair is required.
  • Solid experience in vehicle servicing, rapid preparation work, and diagnostic analysis.
  • A proactive team player with a strong work ethic, excellent time-management skills, and a commitment to high workmanship standards.
  • The adaptability to work efficiently across various vehicle models, generations, and advanced hybrid/electric systems.
  • A valid UK driving licence.

Commutable Locations

Our workshop is located in Rugeley and is within a 15-mile commute of the following locations: Stafford, Cannock, Walsall, Burton-upon-Trent, Uttoxeter, Tamworth, Brownhills.
