- Salary Range: £35,000 – £45,000 basic per annum (DOE) + workshop incentive bonus (Holding a valid MOT Tester card is a distinct advantage and will push your starting salary to the top of the scale!)

Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities

- Perform routine servicing, safety inspections, brake/suspension overhauls, and pre‑MOT health checks
- Write clear technical notes on job cards and update front‑of‑house staff on job timelines
- Keep working bays clean, organized, and compliant with safety guidelines
What We Need From You
- Technical Experience: Time‑served mechanic with solid confidence in heavy mechanical repairs and fault isolation
- Qualifications: Level 3 NVQ / IMI in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent time‑served garage background)
- MOT Status: Active MOT Tester licence is preferred (with enhanced starting pay), but not essential to apply
- Mindset: Dependable, detail‑oriented technician focused on clean workmanship and first‑time fixes
- Requirements: Full UK Driving Licence
