Core Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of prepping customer cars and retail stock for MOT testing.
- Carry out official MOT inspections and complete efficient, right-first-time repairs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical faults independently across standard combustion engines, light commercials, and EVs.
- Maintain top-tier quality control and strict workshop safety standards.
What We Are Looking For
- Certifications: Valid, active MOT Tester Licence required.
- Qualifications/Experience: NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Repair & Maintenance (or equivalent time-served experience).
- Skills: Fully self-sufficient on the tools with strong diagnostic and fault-finding confidence.
- Requirements: Full UK Driving Licence.
