Pay & Benefits
- Salary: £28,000 – £32,000 basic per annum (dependent on experience) + performance incentives
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM — STRICTLY NO WEEKENDS

Role Overview
Seeking an enthusiastic Junior Vehicle Technician with around 2 years of hands-on workshop experience to join our growing team in Burgess Hill. This role is ideal for a mechanic who wants to step up into advanced EV and specialist German vehicle diagnostics, working alongside master technicians who will fully support your professional development.
Requirements
- NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (with approximately 2 years of practical workshop experience).
- Solid foundational mechanical skills (brakes, suspension, servicing, bolt-on component replacements).
- Genuine enthusiasm for electric vehicles, hybrid systems, and modern German car technology.
- Full UK driving licence & own hand tools.

- Base: Burgess Hill area (Free secure on-site parking)
- Road Links: Prime location with easy access via the A23 and local Sussex road networks.
- Public Transport: Accessible via Burgess Hill mainline railway station and local bus routes.
- Commutable From: Burgess Hill, Haywards Heath, Brighton, Crawley, Horsham, Lewes, and surrounding Mid Sussex areas.
