We are a fast-growing premium independent VAG specialist workshop in Bromley, working exclusively on Volkswagen, Audi, BMW, and Porsche vehicles. Our workshop delivers dealer-level diagnostics and repair quality, supported by specialist tooling and modern equipment, in a well-organised, friendly, and low-pressure environment. Due to continued growth and increased demand within our VAG division, we are now looking for an experienced VAG Technician to join our team.
Salary & Benefits
- Basic salary: £40,000 – £45,000
- Monday to Friday: 8:00am – 5:00pm
- No weekends or shift work
- Work on a premium VAG specialist brand

The Role
You will be responsible for the diagnosis, servicing, and repair of VAG vehicles, working on everything from routine servicing through to complex electrical and mechanical fault finding. This is a true specialist role where quality matters more than volume.
Key Responsibilities
- Advanced diagnostics using VAG systems (ODIS, VCDS, OBD tools)
- Electrical fault finding and module coding/adaptations
- Engine, gearbox, and timing system repairs
- Full servicing and mechanical repairs on premium vehicles
- Suspension, steering, and braking system work
- Accurate fault diagnosis and first-time fixes wherever possible
- Maintaining high standards of workmanship and documentation
What We Are Looking For
- Proven experience working on VAG vehicles (essential)
- Strong diagnostic and electrical fault-finding skills
- NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair
- Full UK driving licence
- Ability to work independently with confidence
- High attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship
- Experience with performance or specialist VAG work is an advantage
