Pay & Benefits
- Salary: Up To 40K Basic (negotiable based on experience) + Performance Bonus & OTE
- Hours: Full-Time, Monday to Friday (with weekend rotation as required)

Role Overview
Seeking an ambitious Deputy Parts Manager / Parts Supervisor / Senior Parts Advisor to oversee the day-to-day running of our busy parts department. In this fast-paced role, you will support the Parts Manager, guide team performance, handle trade and retail counters, oversee stock inventory, and ensure seamless parts delivery to our workshop and bodyshop operations.
Requirements
- Experience: Proven experience in a automotive parts supervisory, senior advisor, or assistant management role within a dealership environment.
- Skills: Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities in a high-volume setting.
- Systems & Knowledge: Experience with Kerridge, Drive, or similar Dealer Management Systems (DMS) and brand/parts cataloging (BMW/MINI experience advantageous, but not essential).
- Licence: Full UK Driving Licence.
Location & Commute
- Base: Bristol (Free secure on-site parking)
- Road Links: Strategic position near the M4, M5, and A4, providing convenient travel routes across Bristol, South Gloucestershire, and Somerset.
- Public Transport: Accessible via main Bristol rail hubs and local bus routes.
- Commutable From: Bristol, Bath, Filton, Yate, Clevedon, and Weston-super-Mare.
