What You’ll Be Doing
- Precision Servicing & Maintenance: Performing routine servicing, major repairs, and safety checks on high-spec vehicles strictly to manufacturer standards.
- Advanced Diagnostics: Conducting thorough vehicle health checks, running complex fault diagnostics, and utilizing deep-level software testing.
- Quality Workmanship: Ensuring a clean right-first-time fix standard while maintaining high standards of workshop safety and efficiency.
- Technical Records: Keeping precise records of all work completed and liaising directly with service advisors and workshop controllers.
- Team Collaboration: Working seamlessly alongside a team of experienced technicians and mentoring apprentice technicians in a supportive environment.
Requirements
- NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent). Experienced Level 2 Technicians with strong main dealer backgrounds are also strongly encouraged to apply!
- Solid understanding of vehicle safety standards, efficiency targets, and mechanical fault-finding on German platforms.
- Active MOT Tester licence is a bonus, but not essential.
- A full UK driving licence.
