What You'll Be Doing

  • Carrying out high-level mechanical repairs, routine servicing, and complex component replacements.
  • Utilizing advanced factory diagnostic software to systematically trace, isolate, and rectify complex faults.
  • Completing high-quality, professional Vehicle Health Checks (VHCs) and clear customer videos.
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest software and engineering updates.
  • Ensuring flawless workshop health, safety, and housekeeping standards are maintained.

Are You The One? (Requirements)

  • Qualifications: Relevant NVQ / IMI Light Vehicle Maintenance qualification (Level 3 preferred).
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of professional experience in automotive diagnostics.
  • Mindset: An energetic, enthusiastic, and reliable professional with strong IT literacy.
  • Must hold a full UK driving licence.
