What You'll Be Doing

  • Carrying out high-level routine maintenance, vehicle health checks, and complex mechanical repairs across the modern VAG vehicle lineup.
  • Utilizing specialized VAG diagnostic platform systems to accurately troubleshoot and rectify electrical and mechanical faults.
  • Working efficiently to optimize your Time Saved Bonus while maintaining strict manufacturer quality standards.
  • Collaborating alongside a supportive team of service advisors and workshop colleagues.
  • Ensuring flawless workshop health, safety, and housekeeping standards are maintained across your bay.

Are You The One? (Requirements)

  • Qualifications: Level 3 qualified in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair (NVQ, City & Guilds, or equivalent portfolio).
  • Experience: Previous main dealer or specialist independent experience with VAG brands (Volkswagen, Audi, SEAT, CUPRA, Škoda) as a Vehicle Technician or Mechanic is highly beneficial.
  • Skills: Strong diagnostic habits and a productive, efficiency-minded approach to first-time-fix accuracy. Must hold a full UK driving licence.
