What You’ll Be Doing
- Precision Servicing & Maintenance: Performing routine servicing, major repairs, and safety checks on high-spec vehicles strictly to manufacturer standards.
- Advanced Diagnostics: Conducting thorough vehicle health checks and troubleshooting complex fault codes.
- Workflow Collaboration: Working seamlessly alongside service advisors and workshop controllers to ensure smooth throughput and first-time fixes.
- Knowledge Sharing: Mentoring apprentice technicians and fostering a productive, team-driven workshop atmosphere.
Requirements
- Qualifications: NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent). Experienced Level 2 Technicians with main dealer backgrounds are also strongly encouraged to apply!
- Technical Skill: Solid understanding of vehicle safety standards, efficiency targets, and mechanical fault-finding.
- MOT Licence: Active MOT Tester licence is a bonus, but not essential.
- Driving Licence: Must hold a valid UK driving licence.
