Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 basic per annum (Tailored to experience, open from mid-level tech up to Master Technician)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30–17:30 (NO WEEKENDS | Enjoy every weekend off)

Best known as regional experts in Modern MINIs and multi-brand servicing, we also take on unique historic builds, classic restorations, and custom track/motorsport projects—including building custom race cars that have competed in 24-hour endurance events. We combine main dealer diagnostic capability with the passion of a true specialist workshop.
Role Overview: Seeking a skilled Vehicle Technician to join our workshop team. You will handle a dynamic mix of work—combining everyday MOT testing, routine servicing, and general repairs across all makes and models with specialized modern MINI work, engine rebuilds, classic restorations, and motorsport track prep.
Requirements:
- Open to candidates with 2+ years of technician experience up to fully qualified Master Technicians (NVQ Level 3 or time-served equivalent)
- Strong mechanical skills with a genuine passion for classic vehicles, motorsport, and all-makes servicing
- Confidence with modern diagnostic equipment (MOT Smart Tester status is a bonus, but not essential)
- Full UK driving licence & own tools
- High attention to detail and strong team work ethic
Location & Commute: Base: Shoreham-by-Sea area. Commutable From: Brighton, Hove, Worthing, Lancing, Portslade, Steyning, Henfield.
