What You'll Be Doing
- Carrying out high‑standard routine vehicle servicing, manufacturer maintenance programs, and thorough safety health checks.
- Utilizing modern workshop diagnostic software to trace, map, and resolve complex mechanical and electrical faults fast.
- Working directly on the latest hybrid and electric vehicle (EV) technology as our brand network electrifies.
- Executing core mechanical work including brakes, clutches, suspension overhaul, and steering geometry adjustments.
- Ensuring every single car or van leaving our Brighton depot is completely safe, flawless, and road‑ready.
Are You The One? (Requirements)
- Qualifications: Minimum Level 2 qualified in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair (Level 3 is highly preferred).
- Experience: Proven, professional hands‑on experience inside a workshop environment (independent garage, fast‑fit center, or main dealer).
- Mindset: A reliable team player with a meticulous eye for detail, a strong work ethic, and a hunger to level up your credentials.
- Must hold a full UK driving licence.
