What You’ll Be Doing

• Performing routine servicing, major repairs, and safety checks on high-spec German vehicles strictly to manufacturer standards.
• Conducting thorough Vehicle Health Checks (VHCs), running complex fault diagnostics, and utilizing deep-level software testing.
• Ensuring a clean right-first-time fix standard while maintaining high workshop safety and efficiency.
• Keeping precise technical records of all completed work and liaising directly with service advisors and workshop controllers.
• Collaborating seamlessly with the technical team and helping guide apprentice technicians.

What We’re Looking For

• NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent). Experienced Level 2 Technicians with strong main dealer backgrounds are also strongly encouraged to apply!
• Solid understanding of vehicle safety standards, efficiency targets, and mechanical fault-finding on German platforms.
• Active DVSA MOT Tester licence is a bonus, but not essential.
• Must hold a full UK driving licence.
