What You’ll Be Doing

• Executing scheduled servicing, mechanical repairs, and warranty work to strict manufacturer quality standards.
• Utilizing ODIS factory software and diagnostic suites to isolate complex electrical, mechanical, and engine management faults.
• Performing software updates, component coding, and precise technical logging via brand platforms.
• Carrying out clear digital Video Health Checks (VHCs) to communicate vehicle safety needs to clients.
• Maintaining clean bay standards and upholding right-first-time quality on every vehicle.

What We’re Looking For

• NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair (or time-served equivalent).
• 2–3+ years of professional workshop experience with VAG platforms (Audi, VW, SEAT, CUPRA, Škoda) inside a Main Dealer or accredited specialist.
• Confident diagnostic competence using ODIS or VCDS software.
• A valid full UK driving licence.
