What you will be doing:
As an automotive Service Advisor your daily responsibilities will include:
- Customer Care: Managing daily customer enquiries, online bookings, and incoming phone calls.
- Consultative Advice: Greeting customers, advising on vehicle warranty cover, explaining technical information clearly, and upselling beneficial parts and accessories.
- Workshop Liaison: Partnering closely with the technician team to schedule MOTs, servicing, and repair work based on workshop capacity.
- Administration: Keeping highly accurate customer records and updating internal dealer management systems.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Service Advisor within the automotive industry is required. You must have a warm personality, high energy, and the ability to explain technical details clearly. Knowledge of dealer systems like Kerridge / ADP is highly advantageous.
Commutable Locations: This role is based in Brighton, making it an easy daily commute from Hove, Worthing, Eastbourne, and Lewes.
