What you will be doing?
- Acting as the essential first point of contact for the Service Department, greeting customers face‑to‑face and handling incoming phone inquiries with excellent presentation and communication.
- Booking customer vehicles into the workshop efficiently using our computer‑based dealer management systems.
- Clearly explaining repair processes, diagnostics, and cost breakdowns to customers, keeping them updated throughout the day while building lasting trust and rapport.
- Maximizing workshop profitability by identifying upselling opportunities on service plans, extended warranties, and required maintenance repairs.
Requirements
Previous experience in a service advisory or automotive front‑of‑house role is preferred but not strictly necessary, as comprehensive training will be provided. You must be highly computer literate, deeply organized, and possess the confidence and drive to deliver a fantastic level of customer service.
Commutable Locations
This role is based in Brighton, making it an easy commute from Hove, Worthing, Lewes, and Shoreham‑by‑Sea.
