What is in it for you
- Salary: £15,000 base salary + uncapped OTE
- Hours: Monday to Friday (4 days, 8:30am to 6:00pm), Saturday (9:00am to 5:00pm), Sunday (10:00am to 4:00pm, on a 1 in 3 rota)

What you will be doing
- Proactively meeting and communicating with both new and existing customers to build lasting relationships.
- Demonstrating the vehicle portfolio both in person and electronically using the latest technology.
- Preparing custom quotations and recording all customer interactions using Dealerweb.
- Ensuring both physical site displays and online inventory offerings are presentable, accurate, and up to date.
- Following up with customers post-purchase to ensure total satisfaction.
Ideal Candidate Requirements
- Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and the capacity to self-prioritize daily tasks.
- Traits: A confident people person who thrives working both independently and as part of a team.
- Experience (Bonus, but not required!): Previous motor industry experience or consumer sales background is welcomed, though full training will be provided for enthusiastic candidates eager to learn.
Commutable Locations
This role is based in Brighton, making it an easy commute from Hove, Worthing, Lewes, and Shoreham-by-Sea.
