What You'll Be Doing
- Carrying out high-level mechanical repairs, routine servicing, and complex components strictly to manufacturer specifications.
- Utilizing advanced factory diagnostic software to systematically trace, isolate, and rectify complex electrical and mechanical faults.
- Completing precise Vehicle Health Checks (VHCs) and clear digital video assessments for clients.
- Ensuring flawless workshop health, safety, and housekeeping standards are maintained across your personal bay.
Are You The One? (Requirements)
- Qualifications: Level 3 qualified in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair (NVQ, City & Guilds, or equivalent portfolio).
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of professional experience as a Vehicle Technician or Mechanic in workshop diagnostics and fault-finding. Brand experience is a bonus, but highly skilled independent or multi-brand technicians are completely welcome.
- Skills: Strong diagnostic habits, reliable work ethic, and real pride in first-time-fix accuracy.
- Must hold a full UK driving licence.
