What You'll Be Doing

  • Carrying out routine servicing, brake replacements, suspension work, and fundamental mechanical repairs across the VAG vehicle lineup.
  • Assisting senior workshop members with advanced diagnostic routines and specialized VAG platform software.
  • Working efficiently to optimize your Time Saved Bonus while maintaining strict manufacturer quality standards.
  • Collaborating alongside a supportive team of service advisors and workshop colleagues.
  • Ensuring flawless workshop health, safety, and housekeeping standards are maintained across your bay.

Are You The One? (Requirements)

  • Qualifications: Level 2 or Level 3 qualified in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair (NVQ, City & Guilds, or equivalent).
  • Experience: Previous experience as a Junior Vehicle Technician or Mechanic inside a professional workshop, independent garage, or fast-fit center. Exposure to VAG brands (Volkswagen, Audi, SEAT, CUPRA, Škoda) is a bonus, but not essential.
  • Skills: Confident with fundamental mechanical repairs, routine servicing, and a strong desire to learn advanced diagnostics. Must hold a full UK driving licence.
