What You’ll Be Doing
- Carrying out routine servicing, brake replacements, suspension overhauls, and general repairs to strict manufacturer standards.
- Assisting senior technicians with advanced diagnostic troubleshooting using specialized brand platform software.
- Completing precise Vehicle Health Checks (VHCs) and clear digital video assessments for clients.
- Meeting fair productivity targets while maintaining a total commitment to right-first-time fix quality.
- Keeping your dedicated bay environment organized, clean, and compliant with safety standards.
Requirements
- NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 / City & Guilds qualification in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair (or equivalent).
- 1+ years of professional workshop experience (independent garage, volume dealer, or fast-fit center) with a desire to step up to prestige.
- Confident with core mechanical repairs and eager to master complex diagnostic systems.
- Must hold a full UK driving licence.
